Authors are invited to submit papers electronically by e-mail at the address 
synasc02@info.uvt.ro. Electronic submissions should be in PostScript or PDF 
format (printable in a standard UNIX environment). The length of each paper 
should not exceed 12 pages (text width 16cm, text height 24cm, 12 points). 
Extended abstracts (3 - 4 pages) will be also accepted. The articles must be  
written in English.
